职位描述：

工作地点：上海市 浙江省 天津市 苏州市
专业要求：机械类

工作职责：
1.负责质量管理体系的推行和维护；
2.负责每日制程和进料检验报表的质量分析；
3.负责每日品质异常会议的召开，并制定出解决措施，予以实施和验证；
4.负责主导公司质量管理体系的评审工作；
5.产品质量标准的制定和执行工作；
6.负责质量管理体系程序文件的编写；
7.负责对产品潜在质量事故的分析和处理；
8.客户投诉的处理和收集，并结合问题点进行分析制定出整改措施；
岗位职责：
1.大专及以上学历；必须是需电子/机械专业；
2.从事过印刷电路板，EMS或其他OEM制造厂10年以上经验；
3.熟悉质量管理体系，并独自对质量管理体系的编写；
4.能独立编写产品质量检验标准；
5.须熟练对品质新QC7大手法、CPK、SPC的运用；
Job responsibilities: 
1. Responsible for the quality management system implementation and maintenance; 
2. Responsible for the daily feeding process and the quality of inspection reports; 
3. Responsible for the quality of abnormal daily meetings held and work out solutions, to implementation and verification; 
4. Is responsible for leading the company quality management system assessment; 
5. Product quality standards and implementation; 
6. Is responsible for quality management system procedure document; 
7. Responsible for the quality of the product potential accident analysis and processing; 
8. Customer complaint handling and collection, combined with analysis of the problem points to formulate corrective measures; 
Job requirements: 
1. College degree or above; must be electronic / mechanical engineering; 
2. Candidates should be from PCB, EMS or other OEM manufacturing corporations ,10 years or above experience.  Candidates with Li-ion battery manufacturing will be preferrable but not necessary
3. Familiar with the quality management system, and are solely responsible for the preparation of the quality management system; 
4. Can independently test the preparation of product quality; 
5. To be proficient on the quality of the new QC7 big way, CPK, SPC's use;
