Finacial Controller
1.Lead and direct financial areas, including accounting, control and treasury functions, business planning and financing, budget preparation.
2.Implement strengthened financial policies, procedures and systems. This includes reviewing, modifying and amending, as necessary, policies and procedures to keep pace with the company’s operations.
3.The Finance Controller’s objective is to develop appropriate measurements of the company’s performance, work with managers to achieve the results, and communicate these results to senior management.
4.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with other managers to provide assistance with the identification and development of creative solutions to a full range of business opportunities and/or problems.
5.Establish and maintain standard cost systems, product calculation, cost analysis and finance analysis.
6.Plan and direct short-term and long-term financial forecasting as an integral part of the business planning process.
7.Evaluate and recommend changes in the company’s cost center, as appropriate.
