Responsibilities:
Phone calls and transfer to relative tenant upon request.
Provide courier service for tenant and make record on daily basis.
Order stationery and office groceries internally.
Receive visitor and offer instructions.
Work closely with cleaner and driver on schedule or urgent request.
Other tasks assigned by Operation Manager.
Requirements:
College degree.
Good at MS Office.
Good communication skill and fluent oral English.
Optimistic, willing to learn and team-player.
New graduate is acceptable, hotel experience is considered as an advantage.
